299. Young Edward⁵ Barton (Zemmery Young⁴, Young Harmon³, Henry², ¹) (#553) was born in Hall Co, Ga July 18, 1874. Young died December 20, 1953 in Murphy, Cherokee Co, Nc, at 79 years of age.

He married Myra Clementine Queen in Nc, April 4, 1893. (Myra Clementine Queen is #681.) Myra was born May 13, 1880. !CENSUS 1900 CHEROKEE NC. V15,E3, S9, L82.

Young Edward Barton and Myra Clementine Queen had the following children:

467 ii. Norman Nathan Barton (#697) was born in Nc January 31, 1900. Norman died July 13, 1960 at 60 years of age.

468 iii. Laura Myrtle Barton (#1118) was born in Nc October 21, 1903. Laura died November 21, 1957 at 54 years of age.

469 iv. Frank William Barton (#1119) was born in Nc November 9, 1906. Frank died September 29, 1974 at 67 years of age.

470 v. John Dillard Barton (#1120) (still alive).

471 vi. Whitt Gordon Barton (#1121) (still alive).

472 vii. Vaughan Edward Barton (#1122) (still alive).
